SaleUsediPhones.com is a trusted Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex-based iPhone buyback service. We operate a resale and flipping platform
that specializes in purchasing used iPhones directly from individuals and reselling them to verified bulk buyers. Our cash-for-phones MobileATM model helps everyday people safely and quickly sell their devices in person — no shipping required.
2. Selling Your iPhone for Cash in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
2.1 Eligibility
By engaging in a transaction with us, you confirm:
• You are the rightful owner of the device.
• The device is not stolen, blacklisted, financed, or under lien.
• You can legally transfer full ownership of the device to SaleUsediPhones.
2.2 Quote & Evaluation
Initial quotes provided through our website, text, or direct communication are non-binding estimates based on your description of the device.
• If you decline the quote, the transaction ends without further obligation from either party.
• If you accept the quote, SaleUsediPhones will schedule a secure, in-person meeting at a mutually agreed-upon location.
• At the meeting, we will perform a final physical inspection to verify the device condition and authenticity before completing the purchase.
SaleUsediPhones reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the device condition differs significantly from what was described or if the device is found to be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise restricted.
2.3 Device Ownership & Data Removal
Before meeting, the seller must:
• Perform a factory reset.
• Remove all personal accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.).
• Erase all personal data.
SaleUsediPhones is not responsible for any data remaining on the device once it is purchased.
Devices that are locked, financed, or otherwise restricted will not be purchased.
2.4 Counterfeit, Lost or Stolen Devices
Devices found to be counterfeit, stolen, blacklisted, or flagged under financial obligations will be reported to local authorities. These devices will not be purchased under any circumstances.
2.5 Payment Methods for iPhone Buyback Transactions
Once the device has passed in-person inspection, payment will be issued on the spot.
Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash
• Contact for other payment processing options
By accepting payment, the seller acknowledges that the sale is complete and final. All transactions are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.
3. Limitation of Liability
SaleUsediPhones.com is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our website, the in-person sale of your phone, or your participation in any Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex-based iPhone buyback transaction. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to the seller for the device.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on SaleUsediPhones.com—including text, branding, logos, graphics, and systems—is the exclusive property of SaleUsediPhones and may not be copied, repurposed, or distributed without written permission.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal matters shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
